Coming Soon in 2013 – Graduate and A Level Careers
In addition to our continued passion to recruit and reward dynamic and motivated people who want to be part of a successful and growing organisation we will be running another Graduate Development Programme and a School Leavers (with A Levels) Development Programme in 2013 due to its success in 2012. “Surestart” – which is being run by our Training Academy - offers fantastic opportunities for graduates and school leavers who are considering a career in the general insurance market.
The programmes will take you on a journey that commits to providing 10 hours per week of tutorials, gives exposure to the world of business acumen and the art of management which will ultimately improve your employability in the market place. In addition, we will be providing the opportunity to achieve an insurance qualification from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
