Cars worth millions of pounds to take part in this year's Revival

It is to be hoped that Goodwood has comprehensive car insurance in place after it was revealed vehicles worth millions of pounds will be taking part in one of this year's Revival races.Auction experts from Bonhams have put an estimate of £85 million on the cars competing in the Royal Automobile Club TT Celebration event.Vehicles lining up include two Shelby American Cobra Daytonas, a number of Chevrolet Corvettes and a Ferrari 330 LMB.Meanwhile, drivers who will be getting behind the wheel include Martin Brundle, Christian Horner and Richard Attwood.Commenting on the event, Bonhams' international head of motor cars James Knight said the drivers taking part were unlikely to hold back.He stated: "It really does promise to be a memorable race."Let battle commence."Organisers have said the 2008 event will be particularly special as it is the 60th anniversary of motor racing at Goodwood and the tenth year of the Revival meeting.
