Citroen scoops two awards

People with 4x4 car insurance who are considering trading in their current model may want to check out the Berlingo Multispace from Citroen.The vehicle has just been named MPV of the Year, with the manufacturer's design study - Hypnos - taking the title of Best Concept Car.Both awards were part of 4x4 & MPV Driver magazine's 2009 honours.The judges were particularly impressed with the Multispace's modular layout, refined styling, comfort and value for money.Bob Murray, editor of 4x4 & MPV Driver magazine, said: "What the original Berlingo Multispace started back in 1998, the new version builds on in every way."He added: "It's all the family car most families will ever need."Commenting on the Hypnos, Mr Murray said it was a "62 mpg stunner" which shouts out "drive me".The same vehicle was also named Concept Car of the Year 2008 by Autocar Magazine.
