New Lamborghini Spyder "unparalleled"

Motorists who dream of owning the kind of vehicle which requires fast car insurance may be impressed by the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Spyder.According to the manufacturer, it has created a driving experience "like absolutely no other".The Gallardo LP 560-4 has been available since early 2008 and more than 8,500 models have left the production facility in Sant'Agata Bolognese.Stephan Winkelmann, president and chief executive officer at Lamborghini, said: "With the Spyder, we are now unveiling a car that is, quite simply, a new dimension in the latest Gallardo range."He described the model as being "utterly unparalleled in its commitment to extreme motoring".The vehicle has a top speed of 201 mph and can hit 62 mph in four seconds.Earlier this month, Lamborghini announced it had sold one of its Reventon cars to a British customer.The vehicle cost one million euros plus taxes and is the last of the 20 to be produced by the manufacturer.
