Eco-friendly Jazz hits UK this autumn

Monday, 28/07/2008

Motorists with a passion for keeping the UK's roads clean can pick up the environmentally-friendly all-new Honda Jazz this autumn. The vehicle follows on from the original Jazz, known as the Honda Fit in Japan, China and North American, which was released by the Japanese automobile manufacturer in 2001.Coming with two choices of engine - 1.2-litre and 1.4-litre - the model could help motorists reduce the size of their carbon footprint.Drivers may be able to pick up cheaper car insurance policies due to this environmentally-friendly stance, as cover firms could offer them cheaper deals as a result. The company remarked that this could be particularly helpful in the advent of the credit crunch."At a time of rising fuel prices and financial instability, a range of low emission, high economy petrol engines makes the new model an attractive option for the increasing number of motorists looking to downsize," commented Honda.
