The open road seems to be a particularly cold place. A recent poll conducted by Be Wiser, a supplier of quality motor insurance, reported that only 10% of drivers would definitely stop to help stranded motorists.

Of those who responded to the poll, 21% of people said they wouldn’t help a stranded motorist for the fear of becoming a victim of crime. This is an unfortunate sign of the times but it shows it is even more important to have quality breakdown cover.
