Terms and Conditions:

  1. To enter the giveaway, you must follow the Be Wiser Facebook page & comment with #RoadWise OR you must follow Be Wiser on X (formally known as Twitter) & comment with #RoadWise.
  2. This giveaway will run from 7th May 2024 to 12pm on 30th May 2024
  3. There will be ONE winner.
  4. This giveaway is being run across Facebook and X and at the end of the giveaway we will draw only ONE winner. You can enter once on each of these social media sites.
  5. The prize is as follows: £50 Amazon voucher.
  6. This giveaway is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 and over.
  7. The winner will be notified by social media within 7 working days of 30th May 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The giveaway is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.
  10. The giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
  11. The giveaway can be withdrawn at any time.
  12. The winner will only be contacted by us, through the official Be Wiser channels. We will never request personal information is submitted via a third-party site or ask for bank details.
  13. Employees of Atlanta Insurance Intermediaries Limited, Atlanta Retail Brands and Carole Nash Insurance Consultants Ltd or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter the giveaway.
  14. The winner will be chosen from all entries received by an automated random number generation process and verified by the Promoter and/or its agents and overseen by an independently appointed person.   15. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent for further information please see our privacy policy.

The winner agrees that their name and/or image along with a reference to what has been won, in relation to the giveaway, may be used by Be Wiser for media purposes, promotional materials and on the website and social channels. The winner may also be asked for a quote to be used in relation to the promotion. Please refer to our privacy policy for further details.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, global pandemic, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control.
  18. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  19. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  20. Entry into the giveaway by you (the entrant), will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
