Be Wiser Insurance

Motorists who are passionate about the kind of vehicles that require fast car insurance may be tempted to attend the 60th Bentley Drivers Club race weekend at Silverstone this summer.

The group has revealed the Bentley Speed 8 that won Le Mans in 2003 will take to the track during the two-day event.

Organisers stated: "The weekend promises to be an action-packed moving museum of Bentley\'s motor racing heritage, as Bentleys of every era appear on the circuit and in the paddock."

As well as the Speed 8, visitors have been promised a range of the manufacturer\'s earlier racing models will be on display, including the 1925 3.0-litre and the 1926 3-litre MK 5205.

The event is scheduled to take place on August 8th and 9th.

In other news, Bentley recently announced its fastest car ever - the Continental Supersports - will be available worldwide from 2009.

The model can accelerate from zero to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and has a top speed 204 mph.
