With the Government restrictions having come into effect we would like to remind you that we are able to continue to provide you with the help and support you may need. Our objective is to be able to provide you with a consistent and excellent service all year round.
We are proud to announce that our service will continue as normal. Our phone lines will remain open for the duration of the lockdown and we are also able to provide assistance through live chat on our website.
Working from Home
We also believe in prioritising the health and wellbeing of our staff within our offices.
As such, whilst we will continue to operate “Business as Usual” our staff will be working from the safety of their own homes. We want to reassure you that we are carefully following data protection laws and taking security very seriously at this time. You may however, hear some unusual background noises during calls over the next month as working from home can be unpredictably noisy at times.
We apologise for this in advance and ask that you please bear with us. This will not affect the quality of service that we expect to deliver and will continue to make ourselves available to help you.

As a business, we are closely following the advice of Public Health England & Scotland, NHS, WHO and the UK Government in order to minimise any impact we could have on the spread of the coronavirus and to keep our staff and colleagues safe without damaging the excellent service we provide.
